 When working with Mela you benefit from her business savvy gained from 16 as an executive in the investment and financial services industry, and expertise earned through obtaining her real estate brokers license. Mela approaches real estate with the creativity and passion flowing from her 5 years as the owner of two fine art galleries.

Mela has practiced real estate in the greater Sacramento Region since 2003 and is a member of the El Dorado County Board of Realtors, California Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors.  As a leader in the field Mela is an accomplished professional and is a  Lifetime Member El Dorado County Top Achievers Club and a member of RE/MAX 100% Club  for 2005 & 2006. Mela earned her Bachelors Degree from Santa Clara University. 

Passionate about supporting the community and creating a better life for her children Mela is a board member of the Oakridge High School Community Foundation, the El Dorado County Arts Council and the Folsom Arts and Culture Commission.
